Michael Tumanjan, our President is a licensed general contractor who has been building homes and numerous other types of development projects in Southern California since 1972. Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northrop Institute of Technology and attended graduate school at USC and CSULB. He has over 40 years of experience involving all aspects of development and oversees the entire operation.

Mick Tumanjan is our Director of Project Development and has been managing our projects for over 15 years. Mick is responsible for coor-dinating employees, subcontractors, field supervision and overseeing all aspects of the day to day oper-ations. Mick leads our team in the new construction of luxury homes, the redesign and reconstruction of existing homes and ensures the eco-sustainability of each project.

Michelle Tumanjan is our Sales & Marketing Director and has been with the company over 10 years since graduating from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Michelle manages the company and is in charge of procuring financing and handling accounts payable and receivable. Michelle is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Estate Properties and is in charge of all property acquisitions.

Francisco Molinar is our on-site construction manager and has been an integral part of our real estate development process for over 30 years. Francisco is an individual that has numerous construction skills ranging from foundation installation, carpentry and HVAC installation. The company has never seen a construction skill he cannot learn and perform at the highest level.

George Tumanjan our founder, will always be remembered as our mentor. We are grateful to have learned patience, kindness, strength and intelligence by his example. He instilled in the fabric of the company a vision to strive for excellence through hard work, organization and strong working relationships with all that participated in each project. In his growth from penniless immigrant to community leader, he became as renowned for his humanitarian deeds as for his business triumphs.
